Welcome to my diary... a.k.a my blog. I'm 28 years old and live in Dallas, Texas, but my story didn't quite start here. After working in television news for 4 years, I decided to venture out on my own a few months ago. Today, I am a female BOSS (or trying hehe), entrepreneur, blogger, youtuber, emcee, host, spokesperson, and I own a content creation company. Join me on this crazy journey we call LIFE.
I have a passion for inspiring other women through my own experiences. Let's be honest, life is hard, but it's also insanely beautiful. My goal is be authentic about the ups and downs we come across on a daily basis. On my blog you’ll find information about my life, travel, fashion, fitness, health, beauty, faith, and so much more. I hope you gather some tips and tricks to really love yourself, be authentic, stand out, succeed, be happy, and the list goes on.
My most recent 9-5, or 12am-9am was working as the Social Media News Anchor for WFAA 8 ABC Morning Show in Dallas, Texas. I worked before the sun really even came up, slept during the day, and relaxed when the sun went down. I produced & wrote my segments, built my graphics, and anchored my segments live. Oh and I drank a lot of coffee! Before that (15’-17’), I was the the main news anchor for FOX 5 KRBK Springfield, Missouri. My first job out of college (14’-15’) I was a news reporter in Monroe, Louisiana storytelling and reporting live in the field and on set.
I am no stranger to new cities, and meeting new people. I have lived in 6 different states. I was born in Indiana, raised half in Minnesota and half in Arizona. After graduating high school I got a soccer scholarship to Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana where I spent the next 2 years. I then transferred to Arizona State University where I graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Walter Cronkite.
