My Go To Healthy Smoothie

HEALTH HEALTH HEALTH! If you’re looking for a delicious & healthy smoothie you’ve come to the right blog post. This smoothie is full of protein, fruits & veggies, gluten & dairy free, and will give you energy and keep your going throughout the day! I usually have this for breakfast or lunch… it has fruit in it which I try not to eat much of after 3pm because it’s high carb and high sugar. I try to eat more veggies and proteins after 3pm, and the occasional dessert haha!

Recipe

- Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk

- 1 Scoop Collagen Peptides

- Handful of Blueberries

- 1/2 Banana

- Handful Spinach

- 1 Spoon Pb2

- 1 Original Blender Bomb or 1 cacao & peanut butter blender bomb
