Fall is finally here and I’m loving it, and it’s November 1st. I’m pulling out my fall clothes, getting cozy/cute in sweaters and booties, and grabbing a warm latte to head to meetings. Here’s the thing, I always want a sweet latte, but I hate all the sugar and calories, because it derails my hard work and healthy progress. SO, it’s time I tell you about my “Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte”. When I say “healthy” I use that lightly, this drink it not clearly as healthy as "black coffee, or celery, or chicken lol, but it’s a healthy alternative to ordering the regular latte at Starbucks!
Order: Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte
Grande Americano (basically espresso with water)
About an inch of steamed almond milk (or coconut milk if you want it even sweeter)
1 pump pumpkin spice syrup
1 pump skinny cinnamon dolce syrup
Dash cinnamon steamed into the milk
